Agile Think Tank

I am an Agile Business Analyst based in the Manchester, United Kingdom. I have been in the IT industry for over 15 years covering over a decade in Business Analysis. My career began in the financial industry, moving into higher education and local government in recent years where I have been involved in Digital Transformation projects.

 

I have experience of waterfall and agile environments. Both environments have pros and cons but recent years has seen a push for agile working, helped by the digital revolution we find ourselves in where products need to come to market quicker.

 

I enjoy the pace of the Agile environments. Although you are working to a framework with set ceremonies, no two days are the same as you have numerous discussions about the product you are woking on and the processes you are working to.
